Those who feel intimidated by you tend to engage in negative gossip, hoping to diminish your allure in the eyes of others.
The hard part is when you teach a few things, and players/parents then believe they know better and opt for immediate results over the process. I think this reflects the times we live in. Athletes and parents often prioritize winning, recruitment, and gaining exposure at tournaments, sometimes engaging with costly recruiting companies. However, the focus should be on learning, understanding the game, and developing the necessary skills to be recruited. When you reach a high level of skill, opportunities will naturally come to you.

Responsibilities, characteristics, and physical demands of all volleyball positions and roles.
Fridays October 4, 11, 18, and 25. And Possible extension to Nov 8, and 15. 7 pm to 9 pm at South Kitsap High School Auxiliary gym. $50 for the 8 hrs of fast-paced training. ($6.25 per hr. training)
